Scripture memoryis most effectively accomplished in the home. Especially the homeschool environment. The daily commitment of time to train up Godly children and be Godly parents has been made. So time is set aside for review. Without review, Bible memory becomes "Scripture forget" and verses or passages aren't remembered. Rspected Christian homeschooling and education leaders Mary Pride, Cathy Duffy, Gregg Harris, Christine Field, Rene Mason, Larry Guthrie, Donna Partow, Lisa Whelchel, support leaders and others tell how MemLok really does make Scripture memory happen. MemLok uses a picture for the first key words on the computer screen (prints color business cards) or in the notebook (black/white). It is used by thousands of kids 2-92 in 50 states and 50 countries. The picture helps you "get started". How often have you said, "Give me the first few words"? The verse "word picture" works! Bible memory can't be left to happenstance or the church. Mom and Dad can provide a consistent Christian model for Scripture memory and spend about 5-10 minutes a day doing it. Application is provided for by MemLok through the Seven Devotional Tools, and the Personal Notes in MemLok. |

I discovered MemLok when my kids were young. We began our homeschool day every morning by practicing the memory cards. What began as a delightful routine has proven to have real staying power as those scriptures are still hidden in their hearts. I highly recommend MemLok. It is an eternal investment. |

Christine Field A Field Guide to Homeschooling "MemLok is a Bible memory system that really works for me. I am a
woman who cannot recall what she did 2 hours ago but I am memorizing
Scripture thanks to this great system. I think that one of my highest
duties as a home schooling parent is to teach my children Bible memory
skills. MemLok can help. It has a word picture system for the first
key words of Scripture verses to get you started. Working about 5
minutes a day,you can memorize one verse a week or more if you are
highly motivated. The system comes with memorization cards organized by
topic and checklists for you to chart your progress. One of their other products is Say the Books. This little book uses a series of cartoons to illustrate each book of the Bible with a cartoon and a running story line. Quizzes are included and the illustrations may be colored. These are great resources for the whole family." |

Tim Ihms, Administrator, Surrey Garden Christian School, Gilbert, AZ We have used MemLok for the whole school, first through 8th grades, for
the past 2 years. We like how students are able to progress at their own
pace. Most students learn at least 30 verses a year, with some already
knowing over 100 verses in the past 2 years. The parents report back to
me that rarely a church sermon is preached that their son or daughter
doesn't give them a nudge and say, "I know that verse, Mom and Dad".
Thank you for a great program! Learning Disabled L.L., Houston, TX
