The program allowed us to customize the verses we memorized and allowed us to easily print out the verses we wanted to work on each week. We estimate that more than a thousand verses were committed to memory through the program. MemLok allowed for multiple users and was able to keep track of the 60+ participants. Everyone got a "kick" out of the visual clues that you used to prompt responses. Thank you for making the MemLok system available to us. It works!

MemLok has made every verse seem as familiar as John 3:16 to me. Now, I'm much stronger in spiritual warfare. The memorized verses seem to "jump start" my prayer life and I'm comparing Scriptures to Scriptures more quickly now. Finally (you can tell MemLok has terrifically impacted me), I want you to know I've grown more through Scripture memory with MemLok than the formal correspondence Bible courses I've taken. Our 10,13, and 15 year old children can say all the verses they've learned from MemLok over the last three years! Here's a tip that might work for others...We give a reward when they quote from memory (with reference) a verse they hear in the sermon. They really listen! I am a woman who cannot recall what she did 2 hours ago but I am memorizing Scripture thanks to this great system. I think that one of my highest duties as a home schooling parent is to teach my children Bible memory skills. MemLok can help. It has a word picture system for the first key words of Scripture verses to get you started. Working about 5 minutes a day,you can memorize one verse a week or more if you are highly motivated. The system comes with memorization cards organized by topic and checklists for you to chart your progress. One of their other products is Say the Books. This little book uses a series of cartoons to illustrate each book of the Bible with a cartoon and a running story line. Quizzes are included and the illustrations may be colored. These are great resources for the whole family. |

We have used MemLok for the whole school, first through 8th grades, for the past 2 years. We like how students are able to progress at their own pace. Most students learn at least 30 verses a year, with some already knowing over 100 verses in the past 2 years. The parents report back to me that rarely a church sermon is preached that their son or daughter doesn't give them a nudge and say, "I know that verse, Mom and Dad". Thank you for a great program! On the Move! **Cult vs 5 yr Old Recently, a cult couple came down our street. Quickly, I had a meeting with my 5 yr old. My children are in an AWANA program at our church and had to learn the books of the New Testament. Software or Notebook? I just love Memlok. I started using your program in 1996. Wow, it has been over ten years! It took me a long time to get into the good habits of meditating on God's word. I just did not give up and I am so thankful for the help that you have given me to hide God's word in my heart. I originally purchased the notebook set and it is still my favorite. I moved on to the computer version, but I rarely ever used it. My computer crashed a few months ago and I lost computer set. Recently, I lost my first set of verses that I memorized. I love these cards and I am heart broken that I have lost a set that I have had for over ten years. I have decided that I will keep my notebook set and home so that I will be less likely to lose them. I can print out computer sets to travel and take with me on my day. I pull these cards out when ever I have a free minute. ..waiting in line... when I am a passenger in a car...when I am waiting to meet a friend...well, you get the picture. This is way too much detail, I just want to express my gratitude that God has placed this ministry on your heart. He has used it to mature me in Him and to draw me closer to Him.
